Having spent 15years as a Legal PA I became interested in stress in the workplace, well-being and complementary therapies. I began my training with ITEC (International Therapies Exam Council) in 1999 and gained credits in the following;
Diet and nutrition, Anatomy, physiology and massage, Sports massage
I started a treatment room at a prestigious London law firm where I worked as a PA and as this was so successful I decided to leave law and do something much more worth while!
Before having my first son, I completed a baby and pregnancy massage course with the British School of Yoga. In 2009 I qualified in acupressure chair massage and I offer this on an individual basis as well as taking corporate bookings.
I started my mobile massage business in 2003 and was also based at a David Lloyd sports club in Surrey, before moving to Norfolk. At the request of my clients many of which are senior executives and professional workers I still hold a clinic in Surrey once a month.
I am based at Utopia, Barford, Norwich and also at Wymondham Leisure Centre. I also offer a mobile service.
I look at each client as an individual and aim to treat the cause of problems, looking at lifestyle, diet and well-being by offering a holistic approach. All treatments can be adapted to suit your needs.
