Having spent 15 years as a Legal PA, I became interested in stress in the workplace, well-being and complementary therapies. I began my training with ITEC (International Therapies Exam Council) in 1999 and gained credits in the following;
Diet and nutrition, Anatomy, physiology and massage, Sports massage, Aromatherapy and Indian head massage.
In 2000 I started a treatment room at a prestigious London law firm where I worked as a PA and as this was so successful I decided to leave law and do something much more worth while!
I am also qualified in baby and pregnancy massage with the British School of Yoga. In 2009 I qualified in acupressure chair massage and I offer this on an individual basis as well as taking corporate bookings. I have recently also qualified in Hopi ear candling and aromatherapy facials. I am continually keeping up to date with massage techniques.
I was based at a David Lloyd sports club in Surrey, before moving to Norfolk. At the request of my clients many of which are senior executives and professional workers I still hold a clinic in Surrey once a month.
I look at each client as an individual and aim to treat the cause of problems, looking at lifestyle, diet and well-being by offering a holistic approach. All treatments can be adapted to suit your needs.
I am a keen runner and exercise fanatic! Through my own experience I can offer a full range of advice on exercises and stretching to compliment my sports massage treatments.
